Why We Built This Site
New Mexico offers public access to many court dockets, but the useful first step is knowing which court holds a case. Los Alamos is served by the First Judicial District, Magistrate Court, Municipal Court, Probate Court, and County Clerk functions. Their records are not interchangeable. The material here organizes the public routes for finding a court summary, a hearing, or a record request.
What You Will Find Here
- Local routes for criminal dockets and civil dockets
- Ways to confirm a court calendar setting
- Official methods to run a case search
- Clerk and IPRA information for court records
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource with no affiliation to a New Mexico court, clerk, or government agency. It cannot retrieve an official file, reset a hearing, alter a docket, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Only the court or clerk that owns the record can perform those functions.
Use the official court or clerk for an authoritative docket, certified document, filing question, or case-specific legal issue.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes provided by third parties. Those providers control their own services and pricing. A referral fee may be earned when a visitor chooses a paid provider service; that does not change the official court and clerk routes described here.
